Frequently Asked Questions
Tickets
-
Not necessarily. You can get your tickets at the box office on the night of the performance. However, in order to ensure you get a seat of your choosing we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, either by purchasing them on our website or calling our box office at 701–577-3179. Walk-in box office hours are Tues – Thurs 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. For the week during the show the hours expand to daily, 11a.m. to 3 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. to showtime on the nights of the show. There are some cases in which a show sells out. We will post on our Facebook if we are running out of seats so you can purchase your tickets before they sell out. See below, under ‘Support’ for membership information and benefits.
-
We require tickets to be paid at the time of reservation. If you are not sure when you will be attending, you can purchase tickets at the box office on the night of the performance if there are still seats available.
-
Tickets are not refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to a different performance of the same show by calling the box office or giving them to a friend/coworker/family member in exchange for the cost of the ticket.
Attending a Show
-
Unless otherwise noted, we welcome children ages 4 and up at our family friendly performances. Shows will be labeled with a recommended audience age on our website and our ticketing site. However, we welcome you to use your discretion. We strive to prevent audience disturbances as well as distracting the performers on stage. We appreciate all efforts to maintain decorum and respect the experience of the actors and guests. Please feel free to call our box office if you need additional information to determine the appropriateness of a play for your child.
-
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time in order to find your seats, use the restroom, and visit the concession stands. Our box office opens 45 minutes before showtime for those that have not purchased seats in advance.
-
It is against copyright laws to take any recordings of performances. The use of recording devices (cell phones, video cameras, digital cameras) is also very distracting to our actors, guests, and tech crew.
-
Only service animals are allowed in the theatre.
-
A night at the theatre is a special occasion so feel free to dress up as if you were going to a nice dinner. However, we also welcome casual attire. We want you to feel comfortable so you can enjoy the show. We do recommend you bring a light jacket or sweater you can put on if you get chilly.
-
We have a concession area on the lower level of the building that serves popcorn, assorted sweets, soda, coffee, and water. Cash only, no credit cards. Please no outside food or beverages.
-
We do have a cash bar on Friday and Saturday performances with the exception of the Christmas show unless otherwise noted.
Facility
-
Yes. We have an elevator on the north side of the building that goes to the auditorium and concession levels of the building and there are also accessible bathrooms on both floors. We have hearing-assist devices available in the theater upon request.
